It wasn't a very different day from yesterday… I woke up early. I had a morning coffee on the balcony. The weather was slightly windy but beautiful. The acacia tree by the sea was slightly swaying. The sea was moving. I didn't swim today either. I watered the flowers. Starlice sprouted another leaf. I didn't want to have breakfast. I traveled between seats all day. 

I slept and woke up all the time... I dreamed of a field of blue and purple artichokes. I hadn't eaten anything all day. I remembered there were frozen artichokes in the freezer. But no lemon. There were plums in the cupboard. I cooked artichokes with plums. That's how nice it was...

She was born in Izmir in 1983. She graduated from Dokuz Eylül University (DEU), Buca Education Faculty, Art Teaching Department. She continues the Art and Design master degree program at (DEU) Fine Arts Institute. She is one of the founding members of Yüksek Oda, and was the art director of the same from 2017 to 2019. She is the director of the short films Dülger’in Ağacı (Tree of John Dorry) and Eldiven (Glove), which have been included in the selection of various festivals. Although she prefers a multi-disciplinary production practice, she has focused on performative murals in the public space since 2017. She took part in projects such as the Istanbul Atelier under the direction of İnci Eviner within the scope of the Daire Guest Artist Network, and Port 4 Izmir Triennial Quatuor Elementa under the coordination of Simber Rana Atay.
